Q- How do I call reception?
A-We do not have a full-time reception, but you can call your host “Ha” on (+84 )766068811 and she will be able to assist you. In addition, if you are not in Vietnam but would like assistance please call Ha; (+853) 63262027 via WhatsApp or Viber
Q- How do I book again?
A-Bookings can be made at Booking.com or ask your host; we will be able to tell you all about our special offers especially for a regular customer’s
Q- Where can I keep my important items?
A- There’s a safe in each room, you’ll find it in the wardrobe.
Check-in & Check-out time
Q- What time can I check-in?
A- Check-in time is 2pm, luggage can be dropped off earlier, just call your host.
Q- What time do I check-out?
A- Check-out time is 11am. Later check-out can be arranged pending prior bookings- additional charges may be applied.
Parking
Q- Can I park my car?
A- D Hanoi does not accommodate parking; but it can be arranged upon request.
Internet
Q- Do I have internet in my room?
A- Yes, and it is complimentary! We give you unlimited free WiFi up to 5 devices per room.
Q- How do I connect?
A- Turn on your device and type the user name and password. The user name and password are located in your room.
Laundry
Q- Can I get dry cleaning?
A- Yes, there is an external private laundry which we can arrange, cost will be according to individual items. Notify your host and a laundry bag will be arranged.
Q- Can I wash my clothes at D Hanoi?
A- Yes, we have a laundry on the top floor which can be used; this is a self-service laundry. The machine can wash and dry (all in 1 machine), we provide the washing detergent only; each load will cost 250,000 Vietnam Dong.
Your room
Q- Is my room cleaned?
A- Yes. Once daily the floor is swept, trash cans are emptied, and the bathroom is wiped down with water, chemicals are not used unless necessary. Cleaning will be carried out before 2 pm daily; if you do not wish your room cleaned please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.
Q- Are my sheets & towels changed?
A- Yes. Bed sheets and towels are changed on every fifth day of your stay. If you would like to an additional change of towels and sheets, please call your host.
Q- Maintenance?
A- If you have any maintenance issues, please call your host and we will do our best to have them fixed right away.
Q- What TV channels can I get?
A- Our TVs have free-to-air television.
Q- Can I smoke?
A- D Hanoi is a non-smoking environment once you enter the premises to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay. An additional charge of 1,000,000 Vietnam Dong will be added to your bill for cleaning should you or your guests be found smoking.
Q- How do I access my room?
A- You will be provided with 1 pass code for your studio room door and a card for the ground floor main entrance door and lift.
